Soft texture unique to Japanese paper dyeing

Adorable giraffe pattern. It use a technique called ``washi dyeing,'' which involves drawing a pattern on washi paper, cutting it out, and pasting it onto the base material to transfer the color. The blue color on the torso is dyed with washi paper, and the brown and gray areas on the limbs are hand-painted one by one with a brush. The hazy, scratchy texture makes you feel warm and at ease.

Yasumi Kobo's Japanese paper-dyed flower plate is soothing with cute giraffes.

Flowers brighten up the dining table

A wreath of flowers adds a touch of elegance to the dining table. It beautifully complements the dishes you serve. The rust color on the rim has a rich shading and smearing effect that brings out the whiteness of the plate.

Yasumi Kobo's utensils dyed with washi paper are soothing and soothing with giraffes.

Light and easy to handle

The raised edges make it easy to pick up, making it an extremely convenient dish for everyday use. The overall feel is smooth and gentle to the touch. I can't help but smile at the Japanese paper-dyed bird pattern on the back.

Because each item is handmade, there may be individual differences in color, shape, size, weight, uneven coloring, uneven baking, uneven glaze/glaze pools, and subtle differences in pattern . In addition, there may be differences in the degree of glaze application, fading, pinholes, and iron powder (sunspots), but this does not cause any problems with use. Please enjoy the unique expression that can only be achieved by handmade products. Although you cannot choose which item you receive, we hope that you will look forward to receiving it. If you are interested, please feel free to contact us before shipping and we will email you a separate photo.
