rusty asagi color with a rustic and warm feel

Sabi Asagi, a traditional Japanese color, is a slightly dull greenish blue. It's very nice to have a gentle and pale color, and a moderate presence that doesn't overstate the texture.

The rich expression that appears in the light and shade of the glaze

Various textures and expressions appear depending on how the glaze is applied. In areas where the glaze is thickly applied, colors such as bright yellow and golden yellow appear. This kind of texture is unique to handmade products, and no two items are the same.

The color and shape of the wreath that enhances the food

Sabi Asagi color was created by Mr. Yoshinaga. I like simple colors and shapes, but I like something a little different. I am fascinated by the balance between the shape of the wreath and the color of rust.

Arrangement becomes fun

Mamebachi and Mamezara are fun to coordinate with your table. Placing a mamezara or bean bowl on top of the plate will make it look more stylish, and adding butter or jam when eating bread will give it a modern Japanese feel.

Because each one is handmade, there are individual differences in color, shape, size, and weight. In addition, pinholes and bugs (air bubbles appearing on the surface of the vessel, holes that look like glaze burst) may be seen, but there is no problem with use. Please enjoy the individuality and taste unique to handmade products. You can't choose which item you receive, but we hope you'll look forward to it until it arrives. If you are interested, please contact us before shipping and we will email you a separate photo, so please feel free to contact us.

Recommended maintenance method from Nariko Yoshinaga
〇There is no need to close the eyes before use.
〇Dishwashers can cause cracks and chips, and we recommend hand washing for long-term use.

Understanding of "Utsuwa"
〇Because each product is handmade, there may be individual differences in color, shape, pattern, size, thickness, weight, etc. Also, even with the same glaze and clay, uneven colors and shading will appear.
〇Because the painting is also hand-painted one by one, the expression may differ.
〇 Depending on the product, there may be small holes, small black dots, line scratches, protrusions, pinholes, rattling, or distortion due to the manufacturing process.
〇 We have processed the image of the product so that the color is as close to the real thing as possible, but the color and texture may look different depending on the display screen of your computer or smartphone.
〇In our shop, we not only inspect the manufacturer, pottery, and artist, but also deliver products that have passed the final inspection at our store.
〇 Product photos are sample shots, so the items you receive will not be the same in detail.
〇 We do not accept returns or exchanges due to customer's convenience. Please purchase after understanding and acknowledging this.
〇 We would be happy if you could enjoy the "taste" and "interestingness" unique to handmade products that are not found in factory mass-produced products!
