Kaneko Kohyo 

1921 Kaneko Seitojo was founded by Kohyo Ito on a mountain in Oroshi-cho, Shimoishi-cho, Toki-gun, Gifu Prefecture.
1965- Orders for sake bottles (Choshi) for hot sake, which were used at banquets and izakayas, increased with rapid economic growth, producing 130,000 bottles a month and 1.6 million a year. At that time, the pottery boasted the largest production volume in Japan.

Mino ware
